Is my future clear?

The answer to this is sometimes in life it is not, sometimes in life we cannot see around the next corner. We might not even be able to see in front of us, or even where we are going to take our next step. But there is someone who we can See through any fog. That can determine where your foot is going to land and when you are going to place it on the ground in front of you. And that knows all the ways! That are best for you! It says In Jeremiah 29:11 For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the Lord, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope. Hope peace,future, all these words come to mind when I read this text. The Lord will give us hope, he will give us peace to go through what we must go through in order for him to perform his will in our lives. And he will give us a future, more wonderful then we could have imagined on her own. No, that doesn’t mean there is going to be all roses and no thorns. But during the times when all we can see are the thorns, that is when he is trying us,refining us, and preparing us for our heavenly home above. These trails he sends our way, are not out of hate, but rather they are out of love! And through them we will become equipped for the things he has for us to do in the future. We can also if chosen by us, take the opportunity to ground our relationship with the Lord, more firmly on the rock of ages. Jeremiah 29:12-13-14 Then you will call upon me and go and pray to me, and I will listen to you. And you will seek me and find me, when you search for me with all your heart. I will be found by you, says the Lord. In many ways, life is what you make it, and what you make it is what it becomes. So make the trails in life, the learning experiences that you grow from, And By gods grace alone, press through them. And in time the fog will begin to lift, and the steps in front of you will begin to be more clear. You might not see the distance at first, but as you draw closer and closer to Jesus he will lead you farther and farther up the Nearway. Steps to Christ pg. 51 Henceforth you are not your own; you were bought with a price. You were not rendered with corruptible things, silver and gold,. . . But with the precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot. You are precious, yes you are precious! to the Lord. And if it was for you alone, the precious blood of Christ would have been offered in your place. So at the moment your future might not be clear, and you might not be able to figure out what to do next. But remember Jesus‘s is waiting with his arms open wide, to receive you and to lead and guide you. Steps to Christ pg. 100 We may keep so near to God that in every expected trial or thoughts we may turn to him as naturally as the flower turns to the sun.
